The round table WILDE: Working for IncLusiveness and Diversity in STEM higher Education, was held on Tuesday 25th July 2023, 9:30 -11:00, online at https://short.upm.es/31uqj.

WILDE was organized by SSERIES in the frame of WOME(S)N: Workshops on Multidisciplinary Education Student Needs -inclusiveness and diversity-.

This EELISA activity coordinated by UPB and supported by 2nd EELISA Joint Call and SSERIES EELISA community, focuses on the challenge of fostering inclusiveness in STEM fields.

Three workshops -hosted by UPB, UPM and BME respectively- and a final STEMINTEGRATHON event hosted by UPB are planned to become aware of diversity and inequalities, to analyse and identify learning and personal development needs and to attract more people who identify as women to training and research in STEM areas.

Moreover, via an online questionnaire, a social study will be conducted regarding inclusiveness in STEM fields and also learning needs in mathematical topics.
