The European Engineering Learning Innovation and Science Alliance (EELISA) is the first alliance of Higher Education Institutions (graduate engineering schools, technology universities and full-spectrum universities) from different countries in Europe meant to define and implement a common model of European engineer rooted in society.
The EELISA communities are mission-driven working groups that bring together students, teachers, and researchers from all partner universities with prestigious professionals, grassroots organizations, citizens, private companies, and public institutions to find innovative solutions to real-world challenges.
Each community will define its main elements: mission, challenges, people/organization, activities, and evaluation criteria.
Our Group
The SSERIES EELISA Group Proposal was designed because of the need to establish channels to create a model of Higher Education Institutions able to promote the sustainability and the social responsibility by developing the scientific culture. The values learnt at this stage will be applied to create a better society.
We propose actions to enhance the civic commitment to improve social and academic learning by developing the students’ competences connecting engineering studies with the basic sciences. We also propose actions to promoting the development of artistic and cultural competencies in science and engineering students.
SSERIES will promote different type of projects, all of them committed to fostering SDG in an inclusive way to attract and engage the talent of students.
