UPM Master International Leadership in Engineering and Architecture (MLI) goal
The program seeks to attract talent within the University, seeking to strengthen
the skills of the best students in leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship to achieve
excellent professionals with an international dimension who reinforce the role of Spanish engineering
in the world.
Program offered to High Performance Students of the UPM. Every year 20 of the best students of
UPM will have the opportunity to participate in the program while they are studying
an official master’s degree from the UPM.
China Summer School - The first step at MLI!
Stage 1 (intensive-summer): Academic load: 6 ECTS.
Workshops on group dynamics, self-knowledge and team building.
Summer School in China (2-3 weeks) in Shanghai-Beijing-other places. The fundamental purpose of China
Summer School is to confront students with the main challenges that are presented to the 21st century societies. Shanghai and Beijing have been chosen as main cities because they are the paradigm cities where these challenges are obvious. The work will be carried out as a team and will be carried out through “lean canvas” methodology.
