C1b3rWall 2026

Last week, Javier Montesinos and Sonia Solera participated in the C1b3rWall conference, held in Ávila from June 2 to 4, where they led a specialized workshop on Capture The Flag (CTF) in IoT environments.

The activity was designed with a practical approach to introduce attendees to the real challenges posed by security in connected devices. Through various challenges, participants explored analysis techniques, vulnerability identification, and problem-solving in environments representative of the IoT ecosystem.

The response from attendees was extraordinary. The session exceeded its expected capacity and saw very active participation throughout the workshop, generating questions, an exchange of ideas, and particularly enriching technical discussions.

At RSTI, we would like to thank all participants for their interest and for the opportunity to contribute to initiatives that promote knowledge sharing and strengthen the cybersecurity ecosystem. We would also like to thank the organizers for continuing, once again this year, to create a meeting space for professionals, researchers, institutions, and the community to share knowledge and foster a culture of cybersecurity.
