Circular economy applied to energy and natural resources
This project aims to form strategic bonds between universities and companies, by developing a platform of integral formation that helps modify the current study programs related to the extractive industry. Helped by the circular economy, this project wishes to learn about the right way to manage waste.
These actions are meant to strengthen the strategic and structured cooperation between Higher Education Institutes through:
- The support to European Universities on their journey to implement the Bolonia principles and tools. This will create a European Space for multilingual education, and will facilitate mobility before 2025.
- The facilitation of the mobility through an automatic and bilateral acknowledgement of the grades and study results, and incorporation of the mobility in the curriculums.
The results will be:
- Design and development of an educational curriculum related to circular economy.
- Short postgraduate course.
- MOOC: e-learning course.
- Sustainability regulations related to the extractive industry.
As a multiplying event for the results, Universidad Politécnica de Madrid will organise an event to share the achieved results (year 2022).
