We are proud to communicate that two prestigious institutions as the Spanish National Committee on Large Dams SPANCOLD (Spain) and the Bureau of Reclamation (Department of Interior of the USA) supported this initiative by joining the Protections Community. Their wide experience in dam safety will be helpful to reach the goals of this blog.
