Sponsorship Profiles

Gold Sponsors (limited to a maximum of 5 companies)

G1. Conference Book Sponsor (€3000)

  • Accreditation on the book (first pages and hardcover) as the main sponsor of the official conference book.
  • Banner stand displayed at the conference room (sponsor to provide).
  • An accreditation that a copy of the conference book is being provided to the attendees by the sponsorship of the company.
  • Sponsor’s logo on the conference program.
  • Literature inserted into delegate wallets/bags (max A4, 4 pages).
  • Logo on the web (large size and upper area).

G2. Technical Tour Sponsor (Dec. 2nd, €2000)

  • Presentation of the company on the shuttle bus to the site with the microphone of the vehicle.
  • Accreditation on the conference program as the study tour sponsor.
  • Banner stand displayed at the site (sponsor to provide).
  • The opportunity to provide the attendees with a branded corporate gift (supplied by the organization).
  • Sponsor’s logo on the conference program.
  • Literature inserted into delegate wallets/bags (max A4, 4 pages).
  • Logo on the web (large size and upper area, beside G1).

G3. Closing Dinner Sponsor (Dec. 1st, €1500)

  • 5 minutes presentation before dinner time in the conference room.
  • Accreditation on the conference program as the dinner sponsor.
  • Banner stand displayed at the dinner place (sponsor to provide).
  • The opportunity to provide the attendees with a branded corporate gift (supplied by sponsor).
  • Sponsor’s logo on the conference program.
  • Literature inserted into delegate wallets/bags (max A4, 4 pages).
  • Logo on the web (large size and upper area, below G1 and G2).

G4. (Nov. 30th) and G5. (Dec. 1st) Lunch Sponsors (€800 each)

  • 3 minutes presentation before lunchtime at the conference room.
  • Accreditation on the conference program as lunch sponsors.
  • Sponsor’s logo on the conference program.
  • Literature inserted into delegate wallets/bags (max A4, 4 pages).
  • Logo on the web (large size and upper area, below G3).

Silver Sponsors (no limit in number)

S1. (Nov. 30th) and S2 (Dec. 1st) Coffee Break Sponsors (€300)

  • Small advertising on the coffee tables.
  • Sponsor’s logo on the conference program.
  • Literature inserted into delegate wallets/bags (max A4, 4 pages).
  • Logo on the web (medium size below the Gold sponsors).

S2. General Sponsor (€200)

  • Literature inserted into delegate wallets/bags (max A4, 4 pages).
  • Logo on the web (medium size below the Gold sponsors).

  • Sponsorship packages are offered on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • All charges are subject to the standard rate of VAT, currently 21%.
