Presentation of the work “Reimaging higher education: leveraging AI and iomimicry to enhance creativity and complex problem-solving skills in civil engineering and beyond”. This present study has proposed biomimicry as a design methodology, as well as modern AI-enabled tools to re-imagine conventional higher education frameworks. Critical reflection upon changes currently occurring within the modern system of education has shown potential for experience-based learning with cross-disciplinary collaboration. The research draws on the work of the CSTO2NE project and the wider European efforts, such as EELISA, to underpin sustainable real-life applications based on collaborative innovation between academia and industry.
