I have completed sucessfully the first MOOC on personal branding. While I was happy with my PLE and don’t feel like I should further improve it, I wanted to highlight a few elements I learned.
First of all, it was nice to have reminders about things I knew before, the importance of having strong passwords, the Myers-Briggs personality types tests and the importance of a numerical presence.
What I discovered was the depth of “personal branding”. I totally ignored that we could define personal board members or mission statement and I will look into it in the future. Overall I found interesting the importance of personal branding for leadership.
Finally, I carried out the suggested personality test but the questions were too few and creative I think a test more developed as the 16 personalities test would be more relevant.
