Welcome to Beihang University

Beihang University, located in Beijing, was founded in 1952. It is currently a member of China’s Project 211, Project 985 and Project 2011, which aim to develop world class universities in China and build their innovative capacity. Today, Beihang has developed into a leading research university in terms of the quality of its teaching programs, research undertaken and the attainment of its scholars. 
At present, 28,000 students are enrolled at Beihang, among whom over 13,000 are postgraduates. Over 2,000 international students from around 100 countries are studying at Beihang in 2016. Among them over 1,200 are studying for degree programs, including more than 800 master and doctoral students. More than 300 are studying Chinese Language in Chinese Training Center of Beihang. English and Chinese are used as instruction languages for all master and doctoral programs. 
Beihang is one of the top universities in China equipped with advanced laboratories and teaching facilities.
