On February 5, 2025, the Institute of Solar Energy (IES) participated in the Science & Industry Forum organized by the Agencia Espacial Española (Spanish Space Agency). The event, held at the Law Faculty Auditorium of the University of Alcalá, brought together over 100 accredited attendees, serving as a key meeting point for companies and research centers developing space technologies.
At IES, we showcased our infrastructure, expertise, and capabilities in III-V semiconductor-based multijunction solar cells and micro-concentrators, designed to maximize the specific power (W/kg) of space solar panels.
