The 15th Spanish Conference on Electron Devices (CDE 2025) took place in Málaga, Spain, from January 28 to 30, 2025, in the heart of the historic city center. For over 25 years, the CDE has been the premier forum for showcasing the latest advancements in electron devices and emerging technologies developed by Spanish research groups. Held entirely in English, the conference featured invited and contributed papers, organized into thematic sessions with both oral and poster presentations.
A large delegation from IES actively participated, presenting cutting-edge research, engaging in roundtable discussions, and fostering productive exchanges with colleagues. IES representatives included PhD students Aitana Cano, Pablo Martín, Ignacio Izquierdo, Álvaro Medrano, Daniel Milovich, and Álvaro Pulido, alongside Professors Carlos del Cañizo, Alejandro Datas, Mercedes Gabás, Iván García, and Ignacio Rey-Stolle.
