YOUNG ASSOCIATES PROGRAMME
We are pleased to inform you that the OECD’s annual recruitment programme for recent undergraduates, the Young Associates Programme (YAP) is now open for applications.
The key objective of the YAP is to provide recent Bachelor’s graduates with professional experience in the OECD’s core work and mentoring opportunities for two years, as a springboard to further studies in competitive postgraduate programmes after completing the Young Associates Programme. Since 2017, the YAP has attracted motivated, enthusiastic and high performing candidates who aspire to gain substantive professional experiences in the sphere of multilateral policymaking, research and analysis. Many go on to study in some of the highest rated institutions in the world and some have returned to the OECD following their postgraduate studies.
We advertised the following 12 Young Associates’ assignments for the 2023-25 round. Please also refer to the list of current vacancies for detailed job descriptions.

As part of our outreach effort, we will hold a LinkedIn/Facebook Live Q&A for potential candidates on 13 February at 15:00 (CET). The main objective is to inform candidates about the application and selection process for the 2023-2025 round, provide practical advice on each screening stage (including how to prepare a compelling CV and cover letter), and hold an interactive Q&A session with participants. The targeted audience for the information session are current or recent Bachelor’s students who have not graduated before 1 January 2022. Furthermore, to be eligible for the 2023-25 round, candidates should not be enrolled in or graduated from a Master’s degree programme. Interested candidates can find more information and join the event via our LinkedIn and Facebook.
As we are keen to attract more qualified candidates from less represented Member countries, we would like ask for your help in disseminating the information about the Programme’s selection round and the LinkedIn/Facebook Live Q&A with your nationals and within your networks as well as on your website and social media. When doing so you can use different promotional materials that we prepared such as the brochure, video, or social media post.
Please refer to the enclosed materials for further details about the Young Associates Programme.
