DIFUSIUN Workshop: Shaping the Digitally-focused and Sustainable Infrastructure of Tomorrow

As part of the in[n]urban project and hosted by the Circular EELISA Community, the DIFUSIUN Workshop (Digitally-focused Future and Sustainable Infrastructure: University Challenges) will be held from June 17–18, 2025, at ETSI Caminos, Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

This two-day hybrid event invites MSc and PhD students, young researchers, and professionals to explore how digital tools like AI, BIM, and Digital Twins can drive circular and resilient infrastructures, especially in uncertain or emergency contexts.

💡 Workshop Highlights:

  • Expert talks & scenario-based challenges
  • Focus on infrastructure beyond the Agenda 2030 horizon
  • Collaborative group work on sustainability transitions

Whether attending in person or online, participants will work together to envision future-proof campuses and cities. This is part of a broader series of events under the in[n]urban umbrella, building momentum after the Istanbul Workshop and three thematic webinars.
