CIBERNOID – Android-based Cybersecurity for Critical Infrastructure

This project has the objective of design and develop a framework for protecting the access to applications and documents in industrial installations with an OS-integrated mechanism in mobile terminals.

The project will define different attribute-based encryption mechanisms for protecting the access to documents and applications in these mobile terminals, in a way that the access will be granted only if the terminal meets some conditions, which can be solved locally (local challenges) and remotely (remote challenges). These challenges will include multimedia fingerprints of the terminal environment, etc.
