Lecturer, Constantin Stan (b. 1985) achieved PhD in Power Engineering Sciences from UPB with thesis title: “Energetic potential recovery of poultry processing industry waste” in the frame of the Project co-funded by European Social Fund (POSDRU/88/1.5/S/61178). He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of scientific research with expertise in energy production from renewable energy sources. His scientific activity includes more than 20 publications in conferences, national journals, IDB and ISI journals; he has (co-) authored 2 books and was involved in 7 national and international projects, one of which was an Erasmus+. He is responsible for the following academic disciplines: “Municipal Solid Waste Treatment”, “Energy Agents Transport”, “Thermal Equipment and Installations”, and “Environmental Systems Management”.
