Tasks to be performed: Study of processes for the selective removal of absorber materials in thin-film photovoltaic devices using pulsed laser systems. Process parameterisation and characterisation.
Study of processes for the selective crystallisation of thin films through laser sintering treatments for application in photovoltaic cells. Process parameterisation and characterisation.
Working hours: Full-time. 37.5 h/week
Gross salary (anual):26.000 €

Contract duration:4 months
Required degree:Master’s degree in Physics, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Other– Experimental data analysis using Python, MATLAB or equivalent tools
– Knowledge of laser–matter interaction (ablation, melting and recrystallisation)
– Experience in laser material processing
– Experience in material characterisation techniques: Raman, SEM, EDX, profilometry
– High proficiency in English and Spanish
– Research experience: 1–4 years
