Además compartí unos días muy especiales con los Profesores amigos de la Universidad de la República en Uruguay: Franciso Carrau, Eduardo Dellacasa, Eduardo Boido, Karina Medina. Visitamos Bodegas Bouza cerca de Montevideo. También degustamos vinos de la variedad Tempranillo y experimentales con los alumnos del curso de Someliers.
