2018 OIV Congress-Punta del Este, Uruguay

Del 19 al 23 de Noviembre de 2018, se celebró el 41 Congreso de la OIV en Punta del Este, Uruguay. Además compartí unos días muy especiales con los Profesores amigos de la Universidad de la República en Uruguay: Franciso Carrau, Eduardo Dellacasa, Eduardo Boido, Karina Medina. Visitamos Bodegas Bouza cerca de Montevideo. También degustamos vinos de la variedad Tempranillo y experimentales con los alumnos del curso de Someliers.
