Hi, my name is Wei Qing Tan. My background is in biomedical engineering and I have 2 years’ experience working as a product development specialist in a tech start-up. I am currently doing my master’s in Advanced Materials: Innovating Recycling with a focus on the circular economy – a topic I am very passionate about.
My goal is to effect system change in our currently linear production and consumption model. With my skillset that ranges from technical and scientific to political understanding, I aim to contribute to social and climate justice through strategic policy making.
