X-ELIO is a leading global developer of renewable energies that relies on a large expertise in the solar sector. Our efforts are focused on the generation of ecological and highly profitable solar energy projects, offering customized solutions.
We are looking for a O&M Intern to join our Global Headquarters in Madrid, reporting to our O&M Manager, supporting the team on an agrivoltaic project.
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Agrivoltaic implementation in solar projects. Responsible for optimizing, coordinating and improving the resource in the plants.
- Monthly reports.
- Monthly O&M follow-up meetings with operators.
- Information required in sales processes by the M&A department.
- Project information monitoring.
- Interdepartmental relations to monitor documentary issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Recent Graduate of a degree or postgraduate/master program.
- Degree in Physics, Energy Engineering or similar.
- Post-degree in renewable energy also appreciated.
- High level of Spanish and English, spoken and written.
- Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Highly analytical and ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Optimistic and positive, be willing to learn and be curious to knowledge.
PERSONAL SKILLS:
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive person, with capacity for teamwork, dynamism and ability to manage different tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work in global and multicultural markets.
ESSENTIAL:
