Therefore, the UPM International Summer School has reached arrangements with student residences located close to course venues.

All accommodation is situated within easily accessible distances from the various educational institutions where the UPM International Summer School courses will be held and not more than 30 minutes by public transport. It will cost you less than €3 per day on public transport to commute from your accommodation to your course location.

The student residences are fully furnished and offer a range of services, including study rooms, common rooms, gyms and games rooms.

They offer full board, high-speed wi-fi, weekly cleaning and 24-hour security. A range of rooms are on offer depending on the student residence in question, including single rooms with shared bathroom, single rooms with en-suite bathroom, twin rooms with en-suite bathroom.

Meals

Three of the student residences offer full-board, which is included in the price of your accommodation. However, if you have morning and afternoon courses or will be taking part in an excursion, you can request a take-away lunch and eat at the cafeteria at your course location or during your excursion. The other residence consists of self-catering apartments.

How to book your accommodation

Students are free to select the student residence of their choice. In fact, students enrolled in different courses might also be housed together in the same building, which gives you the great opportunity to meet international students from other disciplines. However, students are advised to check commuting time to and from the course location for convenience.

Students will receive a PROMOCODE with their course confirmation. Students should NOT pay for their accommodation until they receive confirmation from the organizers that they have been admitted to the course. Students should then book their accommodation as follows:

1. Students should contact the student residence of their choice by email (see details below), including the following particulars:

a) Full name and surname

b) Spanish ID/passport number

c) Arrival date

d) Departure date

e) PROMOCODE

2. The student residence will send the room reservation by email.

3. Students must pay the specified amount for the room reservation to confirm their booking.
