On March 24, 2026, the ETSIDI Robotics Laboratory had the pleasure of hosting an international academic delegation composed of members from the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas (a public university in Bogotá) and representatives from the higher education institution INFOTEP.
The visit included an exhaustive tour led by Mr. Pablo Quesada Cano, Delegate of the Director for Alumni and member of the ROBOMESH project, and featured the distinguished presence of the Director of the School, Mr. Francisco Santos Olalla. During the tour, several projects—both historical and cutting-edge—developed within the university were presented.
Furthermore, the attendees delved into the details of the ROBOMESH project through a technical presentation by Alejandro Martínez, a PhD student and active member of the research team.
