Conference organized by the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid on the topic of Digital Inclusion. It will be attended by experts in the field and institutions related to the subject. The results of the Madrid Digital Inclusion Project (MID) will also be presented.

Visit to the Syrian refugee camps of Zaatari and Azraq (Jordan).

Visit of a delegation of the UPM Refugee Platform to Jordan. Meetings with UNHCR (UNHCR) responsible for education and services for the welfare of Syrian refugees. Conducted 8 Focus Groups with different population groups (local leaders, women, young boys, young girls, elderly men, elderly women and two groups of adult men and women). The TechPeopleCare methodology was demonstrated and the degree of understanding of the different groups was evaluated by visualizing the course contents in standard Arabic.
Visit of the Delegation of the Sudan University of Science and Technology to UPM

Fourteen people came, professors from the Sudan University of Science and Technology, SUST, as part of an Erasmus+ program for staff exchange between universities.
The SUST delegation was at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Informáticos (ETSIINF) and they were given a presentation on the methodology and progress of the MID project.
A presentation was made about UPM, TEDECO, the TechPeopleCare methodology and the MID project of Madrid Inclusión Digital.
Visit of the Burundian Delegation to the UPM.

Six people came, professors from the universities of Ngozi and Gitega. One of them is the rector of the university of Gitega.
The delegation from Burundi was at the School of Computer Engineering (ETSIINF) visiting the facilities.
A presentation was made about UPM, TEDECO, the TECHPEOPLECARE methodology and the massive digital literacy project in Burundi.
