Name of the payer: This shall be the name of the person registered for the meeting or, alternatively, the name of the organization that has paid or will ultimately pay for the attendee’s registration

Address: This will be the address of the person registered for the meeting (either their home address or their workplace address) or, alternatively, the address of the organization paying for the attendee’s registration. In either case, the address must include the street, avenue, square, etc., number, ZIP code, city, and province/region.

Tax Identification Number: It will be a personal TIN if the invoice is issued in the name of the person registered for the meeting, and it will be a company TIN if the invoice is issued in the name of the paying entity.
