• Alberto Aspas starts his PhD thesis under the supervision of F. Cruz-Mazo and Adelaida García Magariño, from INTA-CEHIPAR

• F. Cruz-Mazo is appointed Associate Professor in Fluid Mechanics at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, in the E. T. S. Ingeniería y Diseño Industrial.
• F. Cruz-Mazo’s Lab is born: the Complex Fluids Lab.
• Añaterve Oval starts his PhD thesis under the supervision of F. Cruz-Mazo and Leo González from ETSI Navales.

• F. Cruz-Mazo and Luis González are awarded a “Generation of Conocimiento” National Research Grant. Thanks to the Agencia Estatal de Investigación for this great opportunity! • F. Cruz-Mazo receives the Best PhD prize of Universidad de Sevilla for PhD thesis in Fluid Mechanics (2019) entitled “Micro/nano liquid ejection via electrohydrodynamic fields and gaseous streams. Application in structural biology with XFEL”.
