Manuel Pastor holds a degree in Energy Engineering from the University of Seville and a Master’s Degree in Strategies and Technologies for Development from the UPM and the UCM. He has been working on the Alianza Shire Project for three years. Shire Alliance is a multi-stakeholder platform in which itdUPM participates.
