I have one of these. No cabinet, otherwise complete. It’s very interesting in construction. A knob rotates one generator on the shaft so that the phase is adjusted. The several tones from it are also fun. It’s heavy and also beautiful to look at. The motor is synchronous, so that the tones are as accurate as the mains supply frequency. If using google, searching with “filetype:pdf modulator md-83a” will turn up the manual, which is interesting to study.
