The workshop will take place in Building C in ETSIT: Av. Complutense, 30, Moncloa – Aravaca, 28040 Madrid
ETSIT UPM is in the north of Madrid, close to Moncloa. It is in Ciudad Universitaria, a large academic area shared with Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Depending on how far in advance the reservation is made, the following discounts shall apply:
- 20% discount: up to 60 days prior to arrival.

Visitors are encouraged to book accommodation early due to the high number of events taking place in Madrid during September.

Madrid is well connected to major European and international destinations through Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport.
You can reach the city center using taxi services or the underground (line 8)
To ETSIT UPM
Participants can reach the workshop venue using public transportation or taxi services.
For public transportation:
- Underground line 6 to Ciudad Universitaria.
- Bus 82, U, G to Paraninfo-Telecomunicaciones. Departure in front of the underground.

To encourage interaction and discussion among participants, refreshments and meals will be provided during the workshop.
