REFUND POLICIES

Refund because of printing problems

1 – If the photocopiers show an error message: paper jam, paper supply, toner supply… Get the loan desk.

2 – If you have not been able to print, copy or scan but you have taken your money away, you must request a refund selecting Trabajos de Impresión Recientes, in your user account.

Once the document has been released, the amount is charged even when the document has not been printed because of a photocopier failure.

How to apply a refund

Remaining balance refund

Remaining balance refund is not considered for those users who still have money in their PaperCut account.
