I am a forest engineer, botanist and palaeoecologist working in the Laboratory of Botany (ETSI Montes, Universidad Politécnica de Madrid) since 2002. I currently teach in Botany, Urban Forestry (UPM) and Arboriculture (UCM) courses. My research interests include the use of long-term palaeoecological data for forest management and conservation, dendrochronology, wood anatomy and biogeography. Welcome to my personal website!
