JEDI (Joint European Degree Label in Engineering), the project coordinated by UPM within the framework of the European alliances EELISA, ENHANCE, and EUt+, concludes after a year of work seeking a European label for joint degrees in the field of engineering.

To celebrate this milestone, a conference has been organized on March 14 and 15 at ETSIDI, where the viability of the initiative will be discussed, the goals to explore will be outlined, and the criteria for the implementation of a European label for joint degrees will be reviewed.

Representatives from the three alliances involved in this project, as well as members of the European Commission and external stakeholders, will participate in this conference. They will share the challenges associated with the development procedures in the creation of labels in the field of engineering and will particularly focus on the academic strategy for its implementation and long-term sustainability in Europe.

This event will be held in a hybrid format (virtual and in-person).
