REPORT TO:

• Head Area Manager Asia, Middle East, and Africa.

MAIN DUTIES ARE:

• Develop strategic growth at the territory level, full revenue responsibility, including forecasting and target performance achievement.
• Support distributors in training, sales and technical service.
• Detect, promote, and execute new opportunities.
• Attend customer events and international Fairs.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Follow industry trends and competitive activity in the assigned area and provide guidance to Head Area Manager and company management.
• To collaborate with others department such as marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Technical department, and logistic.
• Ability to travel 80-100 days per year.

EDUCATION:

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture Engineer or similar related with Animal Nutrition and Health.
• Fluent in English spoken and written. Knowledge of other languages will be an added value.
• Experience in commercial with technical approach roles will be highly appreciated.
• Field experience in animal production, health, or nutrition.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar or equivalent position.
