Welcome to the Chair of Digitization of Access to Universal Basic Services website, located at Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros de Telecomunicación of Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (ETSIT – UPM). The Chair began its activities in 2020 willing to digitize the access to universal basic services, especially energy, water and sanitation in collaboration with acciona.org Foundation.
