Researcher in projects obtained in competitive calls, such as the European project Life+ Gypsum to Gypsum: From Production to Recycling, a Circular Economy for the European Gypsum Industry with the Demolition and Recycling Industry – GtoG (LIFE11 ENV/BE/001039). Evaluator of European project proposals and reviewer for indexed journals such as Construction and Building Materials and Informes de la Construcción.
She has been a guest researcher at Delft University of Technology (Netherlands, February – May 2016), working on the end-of-life of buildings and circular economy approaches, and University of California, Berkeley (United States, November 2014 – January 2015), working on the life cycle assessment of gypsum products.
