Under the slogan “Technology in Action for a More Sustainable World,” the UPM has once again participated in the European Researchers’ Night with a wide range of activities. This year, It is overseen by the Scientific Culture Unit within the Vice-Rectorate for Research, Innovation, and Doctorate.
On Friday, September 29th, the event kicked off with a brief discussion about sustainable and efficient energy devices and their significance in the context of the Sustainable Development Goals and the European Green Deal. To solidify the concepts introduced, a Kahoot quiz was conducted.
The victors were rewarded! Following this, we delved into the hands-on segment, featuring a workshop with demonstrations of supercapacitors and solar cells.
