Reptate – Old version

ReptateLogo

In April 2009, together with my great friend and collaborator Alexei Likhtman, we released our free Reptate software, which stands for  “Rheology of Entangled Polymers: Toolkit for Analysis of Theory & Experiment” (named coined by Sathish K. Sukumaran). It allows users to easily manipulate rheological data and fit it with modern theories for entangled polymers. Most of the theories developed by Alexei are incorporated in the software, as well as other useful theories.
You can use the following link to download a copy of the software. The zip file contains an installation package for the software and another one for the linlin files, which are needed for the Likhtman-McLeish theory. Please, read the license before downloading it.
  • Main installation file: Reptate
  • Auxiliary files for the Likhtman-McLeish theory: linlin

The old Reptate web site, created by Alexei, is still active.

At the moment, we are working on a new version of Reptate using Python, that will be released during 2018.

If you need help using the software or have suggestions about it (new data types or theories that could be included), please, drop me an email.
